The PLAY house was designed by one of the leading Moscow architectural bureaus "ADM". It combines modern technology and progressive aesthetics. The active geometry of the building is defined by the strict lines of the facades, faced with three-dimensional white ceramics with black inserts. Author's grilles for external air conditioning units allow maintaining the integrity and visual aesthetics of the facade. Panoramic glazing provides plenty of sunlight, and up to 7 windows can be provided in one small apartment

The closed design courtyard is provided for residents of the PLAY house. The central element of the courtyard is a landscape park with an area of more than 600 m². Small architectural forms and art objects on the territory have become places of attraction for recreation and walks with children. For sports, there is a special playground with a canopy from the sun.

The design project of the lobby was developed by the fashion bureau Nowadays. The design uses color contrasts and modern technological materials. A home theater is provided for residents. The impressive relief of the ceiling is created by its paper form "Drop Stripe". The French innovative technology for making a ceiling from fireproof paper works not only as a decorative device, but also as a functional part of the interior. The light installation offers an extraordinary way of spreading the light flux, emphasizing the unique atmosphere of the house and organically fitting into the design concept of the lobby. Wine-colored accent doors inside the entire complex and well-thought-out navigation with wine-colored elements have become a continuation of the main color scheme of the project.

PLAY is a place of life for a new generation of people who use the technologies of the future. The “smart home” system provides energy saving, mobile control of all services, control over the safety and comfort of residents. Automatic access to the territory of the residential complex is available for residents using magnetic cards or biometric data. Automated number readers are responsible for contactless access to the parking. The intelligent transport control system in the territory and underground parking independently directs the flow of cars.

The first floor of the PLAY house has its own retail and service area, which supports a comfortable level of living. In the immediate surroundings of the house there are large shopping centers and Danilovsky market. The concept of the house assumes that for its residents, sports and healthy eating are an integral part of life. It is easy to find restaurants and cafes for every taste near the house. In the neighborhood there are fitness studios that are ready to make an individual training program for each client or to conduct a personal workout on the territory of the residential complex. A walking route from the house will take residents to the Avant-Garde Museum on Shabolovka or the Tretyakov Gallery, and a bike ride will lead to Gorky Park or Kolomenskoye Park.
